Founded in 2009 on Broadway, New York, our founder Marco Delgado wanted to recreate the warmth of his Italian grandmother's kitchen — where the round table was always the heart of the home.
Today, our round table pizza is crafted with the same passion and the same time-honored techniques. Every dough is hand-stretched, every sauce is slow-simmered, and every topping is sourced locally. We believe in the round table philosophy — no head of the table, everyone equal, everyone welcomed.

The First Round Table
Marco Delgado opens the original Round Table Pizza at 2588 Broadway, New York, with a 12-seat dining room and one stone oven. The first day sells out within two hours.
Expanding the Kitchen
Growing demand leads to a full kitchen renovation and the addition of two more stone ovens. We introduce our now-famous Gourmet Signature series and launch online ordering.
Best Pizza in NYC Award
New York Magazine names Round Table Pizza the Best Independent Pizzeria in Manhattan. Our waiting list grows to three weeks, and we begin a city-wide delivery service.
Community & Sustainability Initiative
We launch our 2% Pledge — donating 2% of every order to local food banks — and switch entirely to compostable packaging and local-farm sourcing agreements.
Franchise Program Launched
